Trial Advocacy Board

The Trial Advocacy Board provides practical trial and alternative dispute resolution experience to the student body of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center.  The Trial Advocacy Board sponsors a number of external traveling teams, organizes the Ira S. Flory Trial Competitions and Arbitration Competition for second and third-year students, and organizes the Opening Statement Competition for second-year law students.

The members of the 2016-2017 Trial Advocacy Board can be reached via email at trialadvocacy@law.lsu.edu.

Membership on the Trial Advocacy Board is offered to rising third-year students who have demonstrated commitment to the Trial Advocacy Board, as demonstrated by volunteer participation in the many events the Board sponsors, as well as student success in internal and external competitions.
