External Teams

The LSU Law Center fields teams of students to a number of different moot court (appellate advocacy), trial advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution competitions across the United States.  All trial and moot court team members receive one academic credit, pass/fail, for their membership on their team. For more information on the program’s many successes, see our full competitions resume or visit our News page for the most recent team updates!.  Students with additional questions should contact Professor Brooks. In order to be considered for membership on a team, students must go through the tryouts process.  (Note: tryouts for 2017-2018 teams have concluded.  Information on tryouts for 2018-2019 teams will be posted in the spring semester.)
